Make the economics visible.

Use your own assumptions to compare released capacity against human review, model usage, fixed operating expense and deployment cost.

DECISION OUTPUT

What would have to be true?

Results are planning estimates in US dollars. Capacity value represents a modelled opportunity. It becomes a financial benefit only when teams can redeploy time or avoid measurable cost.

How the model works.

Supported volume
Monthly cases × adoption rate.
Released capacity
Supported cases × gross minutes saved ÷ 60. Review time is costed separately.
Monthly net operating value
Released hours × loaded rate × realisation, less review labour, per-case AI charges and fixed operating cost.
Year-one net value
Twelve months of steady-state net operating value, less deployment cost. No ramp-up, taxes, discounting or risk adjustments are included.
Simple payback
Deployment cost divided by positive monthly net operating value. No payback is shown when monthly value is zero or negative.
Sensitivity
Downside reduces adoption to 80% and gross minutes saved to 75% of base, with 125% of base usage cost. Upside raises adoption to 110%, capped at 100%, gross minutes to 120%, and applies 90% of base usage cost. Other inputs stay fixed.
