Measure the existing process
Sample cases across routine, complex and escalation groups. Record throughput, baseline handling minutes and exception outcomes. Separate the time spent drafting from the time spent reviewing, correcting and processing the action.
Make the conversion explicit
Released hours are an opportunity. A credible business case states how those hours will be redeployed, how many cases use the new workflow and what the team will spend to keep it running. Record the difference between throughput benefit and cash savings.
What the market signals
Accenture’s AI Foundation and AI Factory update emphasises the transition from pilot to managed operations. A site-level calculation can make the assumptions available to all stakeholders. It cannot substitute for a baseline study, procurement quote or a measured pilot.
