Anchor a response to a record
For a supplier exception, the relevant context includes legal entity, order version, receipt and approved policy. A plausible answer with the wrong entity is a process failure. Map each data item to an accountable owner and a clear update schedule.
Exercise the awkward cases
Test duplicate identifiers, stale policy, inaccessible records and conflicting source versions. When evidence conflicts, route for review and preserve the contradiction. A confident summary is only useful if the reviewer can inspect the evidence behind it.
